Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

The candidate must confirm their course participation with full payment. In the case of inability to attend the course, the client must inform Aus HPA about cancellation no later than 30 days prior to the course date. When participation cancellation is informed in writing 30+ days prior to the course date, the course payment is reimbursed in full. Any cancellations that occur later than 30 days prior to the course dates will see the full payment forfeited.

When making a booking and attending the course, the candidate acknowledges that Aus HPA has full rights to all aspects of event organization according to their preference, including program schedule, venue arrangements, filming, photographing and recording, and possible event sponsors.

Aus HPA reserves the right to cancellation of the event or change of event dates in the case of an inadequate number of participants or other circumstances where necessary. It is the organizer’s recommendation that candidates ensure that any travel reservations made for the purposes of attending the course come with a full cancellation right or are covered under an appropriate travel insurance in case of need for cancellation.

Aus HPA recommends that candidates perform adequate exam practice, in addition to attending Aus HPA’s courses to pass the exam.
